Outlook does not open up after upgrading to 2013 using Google App sync

We have client with 4 computers with office 2010. There email I hosted by Google apps . After upgrading to office 2013, Outlook does not open and we get the attached error.

A thought, compare the 2010 to the 2013 settings.  Call support?  Compatible?

Download the current Google Outlook Sync tool and create a new Outlook Profile.
