How to boot from a USB in IBM x3200 server

When the server start I press f12 but the usb doesn't appear in the boot menu I have tried to change the boot sequence but it doesn't boot from USB and the USB it looks like it's not installed Please Help

You probably have UFEI bios enabled. Try switching to legacy and change the boot order
I doubt that server has an UEFI BIOS. If you are booting from a USB stick, check your Hard-disk settings in the BIOS. Some show USB sticks there, and then you have to move the disk up to be first in the HD boot order.
