SOA record of subdomain

I have domain site.com hosting  at server 1.1.1.1 and sub.site.com hosting at 2.2.2.2

Where shall the SOA record for sub.site.com exist? And how can I create the SOA record for sub.site.com  at cpanel/whm?

Thank you.

99.99% of time You don't need a separate SOA record, just an A record.

The only time you meed a separate SOA record is when you delegate the sub-domain to different DNS, and it is clearly not your case.

But when I make a test at  dnsstuff.com for  sub.site.com I receive this error:

No nameservers provided an SOA record for the zone. You should configure your nameservers to have a master slave relationship. The update of the zone information to the slave nameservers should be handled through the SOA record.

Can you share the actual domain name? You can post an image with the domain name to avoid it getting into search results.

Your domain resolves to IP 192.185.18.140 and you subdomain to IP 89.19.23.155.
The Name servers for the entire domain are from Hostgator.
What is wrong with this setup, and what DNS answers do you expect?

When I make  a DNSreport test at  http://www.dnsstuff.com/  for the "subdomain" I got warning.
Isn't that warning  important?
