FTP Directory Listing

I'm trying to create an array that will be populated with files on a website.  I want to get ALL the files (including sub-folders).  Can that be done using Visual Basic or Visual C#?

Please provide a working example.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That can't be done in a single command with FTP.  FTP will only list the files and folders in the current folder.  It is a multi-command process to get 'all' of them.  FTP will also only upload or download files in the current folder.

An example would have been nice.  However; I did find out that earlier versions of .Net Framework did have this capability  built in.  Microsoft choose to exclude it due to CPU usage issues.
