Clean Install for Win 10; after upgrade from 8
I read a article, attached, that points to a website that I can't decipher: I read it at "bit.ly/1llFygh" but the character that precedes the "y" has a tail in the article; so what is it? and are the characters that follow the 1 lower case L's or Upper case I's.
