Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I'm sure its stuck, for a few weeks now it does not go past the Lenovo boot page. I cant do a hard reset. I dont mind losing all the data I just need use of the device.<br />

I did not know that it should not be upgraded. I think it was done automatically.<br />

Try turning the tablet off. Then press the volume up button and the power button at the same time.<br />

When the screen flickers, release the buttons, and shortly you should see the recovery options.
