Issue with call forwarding with Cisco router

Hi Folks ,

There was an issue with call forwarding with our telephone system. We are using 1941 cisco integrated router and 2951 voice gateway. Issue was resolved when router got rebooted. I have tried to go through cisco documents to see what went wrong , but to no avail .

Is there any command on router by which we could troubleshoot this issue ?

which router you have rebooted to resolve this issue? 1921 or VG?

while the issue occurred, does the call landing to Voice gateway ?

Hi  router rebooted is 1941. Even though VG also rebooted. I would think call landing on VG caz there was a tone before it stops. So far I never worked with VG so that really confusing when I see translating rules also

If the call is landing to VG then, the issue might be different .. Can you post your VG config(remove all password relates items)

I could not get the config from the system as I no more supporting that place !
