I spend most of my time at work using outlook on my desktop for my multiple email accounts. when i travel or am home I would like to have ALL my emails in their specific folders available to me. (and as i send/delete/move emails i would like them to sync across 2 computers, and maybe a MS surface pro) Is this possible? I've heard of exchange active sync, does that work with all email addresses or just outlook.com? I've seen some pst syncing programs but i've heard they don't work well.
