Google Apps for Work Re-selling

I'm setting up a site for a client that wants Google Apps for Work as well as a custom website.

I'm going to host their site with my own commercial host and I'll register the name on their behalf.

so my question is: I'm wondering how to re-sell the Google Apps for Work such that I can be an admin to take care of the administration but be able to transfer ownership to them if needed down the track.

In google app you can register and create multiple domain's and sites as well... when ever you want to transfer ownership just create a user with admin rights ... that's it he will be handle it . simple.

@shaik's advice is a violation of Google's terms of service.

Google has a partner program that they are currently updating.

Here is an overview of the program.

Note that you will need to sell ~1000 seats per year to stay in the program. Many IT firms are now partnering with existing Google Apps resellers instead.

Thank you, I'm aware of their reseller program. That's concerning about the Terms of Service. Do you have a link or more information about how it breaches it please?

Google's Terms of Service prohibit the resale of the service. If you create an account for yourself and add customer domains as additional domains, you are reselling in violation of the terms.

If you buy Google Apps for a customer and pay for the account (as a direct account from Google), then get reimbursed by your client, you are okay.

Another option would be to just have them purchase through authorized reseller and create yourself an account that is a Super Administrator. This way you can act as a consultant for them and log in and perform any maintenance or creation of accounts, permissions, etc. The Account is owned by them but you are able to log in as needed.
