I have exchange 2007 and I am looking to create a few separate GAL's with external email addresses.
In the Exchange Management Console, if I go to Organizational Configuration > Mailbox and then the Address Lists tab I can create another GAL that I do see. But how do I add external emails to this?
If I go to Recipient Configuration > Mail contact, I can create the external users but they appear in 'All Contacts' and not within the GAL that I created in the step above...
Also when I create a contact in that location it seems to create an email address for them with one of our domains? I would prefer for it not to create or attach our domain email to this external user.
