Can a .docx file cause a flag for spam filters?

We had someone trying to send a .docx file as an attachment in their email.  They were receiving this message when trying to send:

Is it possible that the .docx file is causing a flag for the spam filter?

Two things

1. It is possible that something in the document is triggering the spam flagging. It could be wording, attachments in the document, and especially any macros that may be listed in the message.

2. The link that you provided shows actual email addresses you may want to remove that link and post the text of the message.

Sure.  Depends on what the spam filter is configured to flag.  Docx is a word document and word documents can contain macros that could contain viruses.  Some companies may choose to block them directly.
