Izs there a VB.net equivalent of Excel's Application.Ontime

Hi

I have an Excel Add-in built in VB.net. In the "ThisAddIn_Startup" event I want to run a procedure called
"Load_It" in 60 seconds time. In Excel VBA I would have used Application.Ontime. Is there something similar in VB.net?
