iPhone Contacts not sync-ed back to Exchange/Outlook Contacts

Any contacts I created in my Outlook via Exchange are sync-ed to iPhone without any problem. But not vice versa. I notice it may be because I have multiple email accounts, such as gmail, yahoo, icloud, etc besides Exchange, set up in iPhone. As such iPhone doesn't know which email account the newly-created Contact in iPhone will be synce-ed to.
But I really want the Contacts created in iPhone be able to get sync-ed to Exchange/Outlook. How to do that? Please help.
