How to bind my domain to my secure website in iis7?

Hi, We use IIS 7 on Win2008 R2 server
I obtained a SSL that we purchased.  I installed it on the IIS server.  I then created a folder in the wwwroot folder.  I then right click in IIS and created a website pointing to that folder and selected the ssl certificate that I obtain for this site.
Everything is fine until this point.  When I right click to edit the binding for this site, there is no option for me to enter our domain name that I want to bind to this site.  The host field is disabled.   Attached is the screen cap.
How can I bind the domain name to this site?
The site folder is empty except for the ssl folder.  I cannot publish to it in VS2013, I get error message that it can't be found.  Thank you.

you may be missing some items in your iis configuration.. The simplest way is to get the web platform installer and in it search for 'recommended' check iis recommended settings and once it is done you should be ok.

I don't know how that is done.  But the SSL I got is created for that particual domain so I don't need to enter the host name after all.  I enter the  and it works.  Thank you.
