Email being rejected - Validating SMTP Need Assistance?

For some reason in the past 48 hours our email server has started to reject emails being sent out to customer and is returning a email that has something to do with Microsoft.
Exact message is:

Ihave had my ISP check our mail server from Outside the Company and he is getting nothing telling him that our Email server is having problems.
So I am trying to test from INSIDE and I am getting some weird responses....Not exactly sure what to make of them?

The reply from my ehlo is: Hello [::1]             this is what I think looks wrong?

I also ran a test out using a tool and I am getting a :
Malformed greeting or no A records found matching banner text for following servers, and banner is not an address literal. RFC5321 requires one or the other (should not be a CNAME). If this is not set correctly, some mail platforms will reject or delay mail from you, and can cause hard to diagnose issues with deliverability. Mailserver details: | WARNING: The hostname in the SMTP greeting does not match the reverse DNS (PTR) record for your mail server. This probably won't cause any harm, but may be a technical violation of RFC5321

Before I do anything else I was hoping I could get some opionons from some experts....?

Thank you

Problem is not that we have been blacklisted.  I have found the our Reply message for SMTP was configured wrong  or corupted.  The response from our email server was being denied because it was incorrect and most emali server will reject a BAD SMTP response.

I have recfigured the SMTP a we are working fine.  Thanks for info, the emails that were returned all stated exactly what you have mentioned.  I jmnust have never heard of a Mircsoft DELIST.
