For some reason in the past 48 hours our email server has started to reject emails being sent out to customer and is returning a email that has something to do with Microsoft.
Exact message is:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
BY2FFO11FD007.mail.protection.outlook.com rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:
andrew@massagestore.com (andrew@XXXXXXXXestore.com)

Ihave had my ISP check our mail server from Outside the Company and he is getting nothing telling him that our Email server is having problems.
So I am trying to test from INSIDE and I am getting some weird responses....Not exactly sure what to make of them?

The reply from my ehlo is:  250-Bmail.corp.biotone.com Hello [::1]             this is what I think looks wrong?

I also ran a test out using a tool and I am getting a :
-------------------------------------
Malformed greeting or no A records found matching banner text for following servers, and banner is not an address literal. RFC5321 requires one or the other (should not be a CNAME). If this is not set correctly, some mail platforms will reject or delay mail from you, and can cause hard to diagnose issues with deliverability. Mailserver details:

64.73.243.232 | WARNING: The hostname in the SMTP greeting does not match the reverse DNS (PTR) record for your mail server. This probably won't cause any harm, but may be a technical violation of RFC5321
----------------------------------------------

Before I do anything else I was hoping I could get some opionons from some experts....?

Thank you
