Virtual Machine shuts down every night

One of my virtual machines closes down every night and this is the only event log that records, is it related?

I would be more worried about the disk errors. Might be worth doing a CHKDSK /R on the host machine, followed by CHKDSK /F on the VM.
I would say not. Check your power management settings on the Host and in the VM to make sure its set to max performance and to never to go to sleep or hibernate. I take it your host is WS2102 but you haven't mentioned what the VM is. It sounds like a power management issue to me.
Power management is where to check .. I am concerned with the disk warnings though

ASKER

still looks like a server issue, the chkdsk didn't find anything
