Access denied for RDP using domain user accounts

After having to rebuild a RAID 5 configuration on a DELL controller I did a complete computer recovery of Windows server 2008 running terminal server.  Now I can only log into that server using the computer\username account and not any domain\username accounts.

Also, all users in the Remote desktop group show up as the S-1-5-21-78943516+74346846135468 numbers.

I have tried to also Register the Service Principal Name for the terminal server and I get an access denied.

Thanks for your help.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It has probably lost its trust.

Remove the server from your AD. Reboot and rejoin it to the AD. Reboot.
