We have no problem with our network connections. Yet we have noticed a series of activities, that we want some insights on. Due to our great experience with EE, we decided to detail this question and placed here.
Please note, that there has been some occasions we have had connection problems. Fortunately, and with EE helps in some of them, we discovered that it was related to the "Virtual Switch Manager" created as links from our VPC Hyper-V (to be used our LAN or our WIFI connections). If we disabled on of these "switch" we noticed that the LAN Adapter related or linked to that switch, would not connect to the internet. We think we have this cleared up and have identified how to resolve it when occurs. For this question in particular, we have deleted these "switches"
First, an image of each activity or status with a brief description. At the quen, the related questions.
First, the following is a pix of our network connect screen with both LAN-WIRED adapter and WIRELESS apatre disable:
The following is the Network Connections with only the LAN WIRED adpater enabled:
The following is with only the WIRELESS adpater enabled:
The following is when we create the "switch", under "Virtual Switch Manager" of our Windows 8 Hyper-V:
This pix is when we also enable the WIRELESS adapter:
In pix 2, Why when enabled the LAN-WIRED aspater, under status it says "Network 16" and why as time goes by the numeric values increase (one time before saw it as "Network 4")?
In pix 2, Why WIRELESS adpater under Status, it says "Bridged"?
In pix 3, Why WIRELESS adpater created a new adpater "Ethernet 5" and under Status, it says "Network 16"?
In pix 4, no question, just reference
In pix 5, no question, just reference
Thank you in advance.
