Network scanning with Konica Minolta 164.

Hi i have a question. Is there any way to scan over network with Konica Minolta 164 without network interface card?
I am thinking about buy some "print server" (USB) or i need to buy original NIC from Minolta?

You need the Konica Minolta NIC as it integrates with the scanning feature.  Using a third party print server will support network printing but not network scanning.

Actually I went and checked the features of the device and the only interface it supports for scanning is USB.  Model 227 or higher supports network printing and scanning features.
