report displaying same value twice

hi am in oracle form report 11g i have a report which list 5 rows the problem is the same data elpse to second page how can i solve that the query is ok when i run it in sql developer it show the 5 record the problem is when i run the report it show same data in more than one page

e.g

Your sample data shows the same two rows repeated on page 2 that were already on page 1.  Is that what you see in the report also?

Your report may include a "records per page" limit or a page break after a certain number of records or after the value changes in a column.  We don't know what your report looks like or what extra conditions it may include, that a simple query in SQL Developer does not include.

Is this an existing report that was working correctly, and now has a problem?  Or, is this a new report that you are trying to develop?  Does this problem exist on multiple pages and with different values, or does the problem only happen with certain values?

Have the records perhaps been put into the wrong band on the report designer?  Might the fields be in a page or group header instead of a detail band?  I don't know anything about Oracle reporting specifically but I've used other tools in the past that probably work the same.

i have a repeating frame around my main frame? E.g. when the requirement is to have 2 copies i  have a dummy query to put a repeating frame around my main frame:
