Microsoft OneDrive infected by Cryptolocker Virus

Can anyone advise if I am able to get Microsoft is able to re-instate a OneDrive account to a previous point in time.  The account is a free one with 15GB capacity.  A laptop ha been infected with the virus and it has changed all files in the Microsoft OneDrive folder and thus it has changed them all online.  There is no way of doing this in the account when we log in so if anything I would need to get Microsoft to revert back if they are able to?

I have seen this.  There is no "Manage" option when I log into OneDrive.

I am presuming it is because I dont have a subscribed version of OneDrive i is a free version.

Any other ideas?  Or is there a way of contacting Microsoft about this to see if they have recover process available?

Thanks David.
Yes this works and is slow.  I also found that it only seems to work for files that you can open online like Word Docs.  If I try do it with jpegs for example it wont try open online and cannot see previous version then.

It does seem that is the only option to find a previous version option to click on for files!

Any OneDrive Support contacts available from anyone>?

In fact it does only work for Word Documents.  It does not work for Excel, PowerPoint or PDF documents.

Does ANYONE know if there is someone at Microsoft I can talk to?  Or if I sign up to a subscription do I get the 'Manage" function then??

There is a "Contact us" Option on the m$ site. But I doubt very much that they will have an option to restore old backups of OneDrive for you:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus

I also doubt that converting to a business account will change anything for your old data that is already there.

Your best option would be to either first disable any syncs from OneDrive to the other devices, or delete the encrypted files from OneDrive. Then just restore your files from your own backups and upload them again to OneDrive.
