I want to export regional setting in Windows 7 into an XML file

I want to export all regional settings to an xml file and i want to import it later on

I run this and expect that it will create it under C:\ drive but nothing seems exported. There is no error in cmd

C:\Windows\system32>control.exe intl.cpl,,/f:"C:\Regional.xml"

Best regards,

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
