I had to add a user to a response group this morning and I cannot get her phone to ring as part of a response group. I can add and remove other users and it picks them up within a minute or two but not this account. I have check the privacy settings in her lync client, compared her accounts to other accounts that are working, made sure she isn't set to do not disturb, etc etc, the response group is set to attendant and is informal. I have tried changing both of those settings as well and when in formal had her go sign in to be a part of the group. nothing seems to work. all other phone functionality is working for her.
