SSH Authentication Failure logging into webhosted server
I'm just trying to login via SSH to my webhost. It hosted by another company, OLM. I have tried form Linux and Windows.
On Ubuntu, my command line is ssh my user@example.com -p 21055.
Where user is my primary account username.
Then I'm asked for my password. I enter my password and it's rejected. I have tried contacting customer support many times, but they just say it works for them when they try it.
Of course I have checked the password many times. It's the same password I use for CPanel.
Any idea what else could be wrong?
