Can the original Microsoft login on a Windows 10 Laptop be changed?

When I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and went through the initial configuration, I entered my personal Windows credentials (my old Microsoft Hotmail) by mistake. Is there a way to replace these credentials with my work credentials so that  Skype, OneDrive, and Office software subscriptions synchronization is available?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should be able to create a new user, using your work credentials. Then simply login as that user instead of the current user.

But that will not link both accounts. Look at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/connect-microsoft-domain-account to see how that is done (similar in win10).
