understanding folder structure inside an rpm

I have created an rpm. which per my understanding on installing will put a file name snippet.war inside /home/robinsu/tools/jetty/webapps folder.
I am attaching a screenshot which probably shows whats inside that rpm. Please guide me if i am correct or there is something wrong with the folder structure.

Can you look in spec file IF snipplet war is included in %files section?
