Building the contact form

I just watched Build Responsive Real World Websites with HTML5 and CSS3 by Udemy. There's a video "Building the contact form". He shows and provides us how to code a nice contact form.

I would like to know, how do I integrate an option for others to upload pictures in the contact form? I'm starting a modeling agency, and would like the option for models to upload pictures of themselves to me as well. As well as their Name, Email etc.

I thought Build Responsive Real World Websites with HTML5 and CSS3 by Udemy would have incorporated "how to do this" in the video, but I guess that's not the case. Unless, I missed it. If anyone has watched this, perhaps someone can provide a video tutorial from this guy or from this company how to do this.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In order to upload and process any kind of form attachment, you need to use a server-side scripting language.  Which one are you using?

HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Brackets.

None of which are a server-side language.  So...pick something.  PHP?

Sure PHP. Can you as well show me Java and JavaScript side-scripting possibly?

Would you know any video tutorials that show how to do this as well? Like from Lynda or Udemy?

There's millions of them.  I don't pay for Lynda or Udemy (I'm not their target demographic) but just google for it.

www.w3schools.com/php/php_file_upload.asp

This is a very straight forward tutorial to updating your files (images) with php.

Adding this to your existing form, as Jason has said, you'll need something to take the information from the form and do something with it. That's php.
