I am trying to alter the security permissions on a public folder, so I have logged onto our SBS 2011 server and gone to Exchange Management Console, Toolbox.
I then choose Public Folder management, select default public folders on the left part of the screen and right click the public folder I want to change the permissions for.
I can alter the permissions of any sub folder but not the parent folder and I cant work out why. the option isn't there. see attachment
- so here you can see the option for properties - where i can go in and alter the permissions
- so here I have no option for properties
