Last Modified: 2015-10-08
Hi I am trying to print the diagram in Visio2013. but one page(Letter size) looks like too small. Even if I use "Fit to exactly 1 sheet" in Page setup, it still cannot work. Please see the picture. Thank you

Sorry, please see it again

Visio can be rather buggy when it comes to printing.  It will not move objects around to fit them onto one sheet of paper.  When you start a diagram, you need to plan what size paper it will be printed on and set that size in the page setup options.  Then keep the drawing within that size.

last several times, its Fit to One Sheet function worked well, but now it cannot work. Maybe the starting diagram was not right

Visio has Drawing Scale function. When I use it, it can reduce the diagram, but it cannot reduce character (words). It used to work, now it cannot

I'm glad that worked.

For anyone else reading this later "and 2 sheet down" in my previous comment should be "and 1 sheet down".
