ASPImage control and OS supported

I have a windows 2000 web server and on it is a control by ServerObjects, ASPImage.
I checked their home page and it links to nothing, but the documentation for the control is still up.

I was wondering, does anyone know if this control would work on a windows 2012 R2 web server? I'd like to move the web site to a newer server, but this control is my hold up. This website utilizes it everywhere.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm not sure, I haven't seen much documentation on it for anything after 2008.

You can easily test it though, simply register the dll and create a simple asp page with the following line of code:

Set Image = Server.CreateObject("AspImage.Image")

if you don't get any errors, then it means it's working properly. if you do get errors, you may want to look into alternatives, like
