How do you name "resource mailboxs" and "distribution groups" to make "Address Book" look neat??

Exchange Server 2010, 55 users, 1 location.

Here are my thoughts
For resource mailboxes, they can be "zBoardroom", "zLaptop", "zProjector"
For distribution groups, they can be "yHR", "yOffice", "ySales", "yOperations"
In this way, they will show up at the very bottom on the address book so the users can easily locate them.

Does the above naming convention make sense to you? What is your way? I believe there must be some better ways than mine.

Many Thanks!

Naming convention is key for any IT environment. If not managed properly. It becomes a mess in long run and difficult to maintain. Secondly, it depends on company to company, how you want to name it. Let take example for Security Group.

Group Type-Country-Application

AAG-NA-Exchange

Here:
AAG: Application Access Group. - Group Type
NA: For North America
Finally Application name.

For Room mailbox or equipment etc. Physical location is very important. Like Building-Floor-A or B Wing etc. Finally Room Number.

You need to do little planning. Labeling play key role for projectors or devices.

Let me know, if you  need more help.
