Bitlocker: Is it possible to have the drive lock upon users logging off?

We are testing Bitlocker to encrypt and lock the data drive on a VM server. Basically what I would like to do is have the data drive lock when the users log off. We have been testing in a lab setting and have tried configuring GPO and setting up a logoff script but it doesn't seem to work for normal users. It appears to work if the user has administrative rights but for domain users the script never takes effect.

Does anyone have any ideas as to whether this is possible? The servers are all 2012R2.

Will work. Take a scheduled task, executing user: System. Trigger: At log off.
