I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is enough to get any number in a string:

\d+

If you want to be more precise you can use

\d{5}

to specify the number of numeric characters.
But it looks like you're parsing an xml file so you might consider to use a xml parser like this: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/4826/XML-File-Parsing-in-VB-NET
