Mask phone number with business name

I have some remote users using Voip phones that connect to the main office system through a Mitel Boarder Gateway. How would I go about masking their phone numbers and actually show the name of the business when calling? Is this something that needs to be done with our provider or is this something we need to do on our phone system. We run a Mitel 3300 in tandem with a Mitel Border Gateway for remote users.

Thank you for your help!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can signal the number, but the name is queried by the other end of the call. So the name will have to be tied to the number you are signalling by your provider.
