Added logon Pin to Windows 10 and now Password logon isn't working with last known password

After adding a PIN to logon to Windows 10  I can no longer log on with the Password and I can't reset the logon password without the "old" password. I didn't create a password recovery USB, but I can log on using the PIN. How can I reset my password via PIN logon? What is strange to me is I recorded the PIN and Password at the same time so I'm rather confident that I know what the password I used is, but now it doesn't work.

One thing that may have affected the logon is I did have to use a System Restore Point after "Windows 10 Critical Error your start menu isn't working" error.  The SRP fixed the Start Menu, but may have tweaked my user account. If that was the case I would expect the PIN would have been affected as well.

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Figured it out:

Log in with PIN or another local/live.com administrator level user account
Start/CMD R-Click Run As Admin
C:> netsh [forgotten user account name] [password]
       should return: command completed successfully
Lock Screen
Log back in with new password
Success!!!
