Can I remote into a W2003 SBS server via a workstation to reset the admin password?

I cannot login to my W2003 SBS due to the password having been changed. Is it possible to remote in from one of the PCs in the office using Remote Desktop or some other utility and be able to access the server and be able to reset the admin password or some other administrator password?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. You could login with Domain Admin credentials and reset the local administrator's account password.
But only if that server is part of a domain and you know the password for a Domain Admin.

Another solution for HP servers is to connect to ILO and use the remote KVM where you mount a password recovery disk. I assume other manufacturers have similar utilities.

If not, then to reset the password for that server you'll need physical access to it.

To remote you would need an administrative account. Deals with utilman and cmd.exe being altered. The effect is that before login a cmd window with system rights is made available.  Using net user one can change/update a password of an existing account, or add a new administrative account.

There are ways to reset the the administrative password if it is forgotten.
If you can login onto a workstation with administrative account, using adminpak that includes the ad user and computer Mmc. There is no need to login onto the SBS.
