I know that Remote Desktop Windows to Windows is possible with mstsc.exe
But it is possible to connect to a linux from windows?
it is possible without install anything on the Windows?
If yes, what i need install in the linux?

We've always done it with VNC in the past if a GUI is present. I've never tried with RDP tbh.

Does your Linux (server) have a graphical environment (desktop) or not? If it does not have a graphical desktop, you can connect using PuTTY (SSH) - you won't need to install anything for that on the Linux server, you just download PuTTY here: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html
