SSIS date import format

I have a Excel.csv where the date is downloaded as "10/6/2015", (6th october 2015). When I execute SSIS, it finally saves me in my german-DB as 10.06.2015 (10th of June 2015). Any idea how to solve? No changes can be made on the Excel-file!

This is correct. The German DB sets the used date format, cause the date literal it self is ambiguous. Using a date literal like "YYYYMMDD" in your file would be save.

As long as you're working with ambiguous date literals, you need to CONVERT() them explicitly.

I'm aware of this. but I'm not able to convert at the flatfile-source as well as on "dataconversion". What tool I have to choose in VisualStudio to get the conversion done.

Import the column as text then do the conversion.
