AutoAttendant issues with UM

Using Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010

Created 3 new response group (Payroll, AR and AP) and added agents. Went over to the main autoattendant on my UM server and added the option (Payroll) and ext to the Key mapping. When I call and select the Payroll option from the menu it appears the call is connects to my Payroll workflow group, but the call is transferred to an agent that is not even listed on in the group.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks for your reply. I went to look for a backup option and discovered I had the wrong group attached to the queue.
