RHEL 7.1 nic naming issue how can I install the NIC and name it "ETH0"??????????

I want to install a RHEL 7.1 but have the nic named "ETH0" and not the long name that it will give it if installed with the default settings

what is the easiest way to do this?

add 2 boot parameters to installer:
biosdevname=0 net.ifnames=0

is there a way to do this when it is booting , like when you install centos and can hit the tab key and get screen shot of centos booting and you have hit the "tab" keys
how can I add this to the end of this line will this work
