Cisco Class of Service

We implemented VSphere replication between 2 sites and there is no throttling option. We want to use COS on our Cisco routers to prioritize traffic so that during replication periods, VSphere does not use all available bandwidth. We have Cisco Routers  at each site with metro Ethernet with a 100 Mb connection. Our service provider says we can use weighted fair queuing and or IP Precedence to accomplish this but I am unfamiliar on the specific commands. Can you help provide the specific commands to accomplish this?

The port numbers for Vsphere replication:

Port 31031 for initial replication
Port 44046 for on-going replication

We already have a policy that is supposed to prioritize our VOIP traffic, which we want to maintain.

This is our current VOIP policy
class-map match-all Voice
 match ip dscp ef
class-map match-all AvayaSignal
 match ip dscp af41
!
policy-map WAN
 class Voice
  priority percent 25
 class AvayaSignal
  priority percent 1
 class class-default
  bandwidth remaining percent 100

Correct list of ports

Namely you cannot distinguish port 902 traffic, which means you need to stuff all vmware in same bulk bucket.

I've used the police function to restrict a specific group of IP's to a specific bandwidth.  Simple dumb rate limit, but it works consistently.

policy-map Router.TLS.Output
 class TrafficFromBackup

class-map match-any TrafficFromBackup
 match access-group name BackupIPAddresses

interface Ethernet0/0

 ip flow ingress
