updating existing wordpress site
On the following wordpress site I am trying to change 2 things.
We need to update the calendars under Programs on the sidebar and I will have to update the content to the Events page
I am relatively new to wordpress but familiar to a limited degree of the dashboard. Where do I locate how to change the sidebar calendar and also I can't find where I can change the Events page in the WordPress admin console.
How can I locate this since I did not design the site?

Themeforest exists to make WordPress more difficult. Generally speaking those themes are awful.

Is it possible some of these changes are impossible for me?
No, nothing is impossible for someone who has Administrator privileges for the site. If you don't have that, then you are in trouble and do need to contact the person who built this.

I'm looking under appearance and then customize. I don't see anything where I can change the calendar. I wonder if I can contact theme Forest and they would be able to instruct without charging
