Simplify formula for calculating days between two dates.

The formula below is what I use to calculate the number of working days between two dates, excluding holidays that I list on a different tab called "Holiday".  I was wondering if there is a simplified formula instead of what I'm currently using.  Below is the formula.

=SUM(INT((WEEKDAY($O8-{2,3,4,5,6})+$Q8-TODAY())/7))-SUMPRODUCT(--('Holiday Off'!$A$1:$A$10>=$O8),--('Holiday Off'!$A$1:$A$10<=$Q8))

Thanks in advance.

Hi gowflow,

After awarding for the answer.  I ran it on my spreadsheet and the number of day do not match.  With dates of 9/15/2015 thru 11/18/2015 count as 17 workdays.  Your formula show it as 46 days.

Can you look it over again and correct?

Just saw your post.
for sure let me look at it will revert shortly.

What are the holidays between these dates ?? and if no holiday it can't be 17 working days ??? Monday to Friday !!! are 5 days in a week.

Please check the attached file I have broken down your dates in full week in green is your dates then in yellow it is broken by weeks pls check and it can't be 17 maybe your mistaken in the dates and think it is October instead of November !!

Let me know.
