Update Query to replace value of one column with another column (but not null values)
How would I create an Update Query to replace the values in the attached file as follows:
Column OLD will be replaced with values from Column NEW, but only when the value in NEW isn't null.
Thanks!

create a backup copy of table before running the query
update tablex
set [OLD]=[NEW]
where [NEW] is not null
or
update tablex
set [OLD]=[NEW]
where [NEW] & ""<>""
