Place Image on pages

There isn't enough detail in the question to give you a good answer.  Please explain exactly what you are trying to do and what "previous efforts" were attempted.

Do you want stretch banners on all pages?

it's advised that you have your own similar images in your own site @www.southsuburbancardiology.com rather than referring and pointing the the images or resources that are in a remote site such as www.cardiaccarepc.com, so that to reduce the dependencies of your site to other other factors.

To have a good artwork for your own site, it would need some effort to beautify it, perhaps with some good web designing works.

To have similar template for your pages, you probably need a comercial tool for HTML/page editing, so that similar design can be replicated easily, and of course some server side programming languages do provide similar concepts so that some similar design or codes can be shared or included under the same architecture.

I should have phrased the question this way. I want to add a "Banner" to all my web pages except the home page, ie a widget, or fixed-container. The container will have a photo of  trees, and be full width of the page.
