trusted mail received in junk

hell,
i've exchange server 2010 and i've mail account in my domain i used it in service to send mail while users scan any paper from network printer it was working normally without any problems, suddenly some users complain that their scan mail comes to junk folder not to inbox as usual, so how can i fix it???

sure
look at those email and check message header for the SCL

usually, it is outlook junk taking over if you haven't defined SCL on receive end.

i found it also in my webmail in junk mail not only outlook

yes, do your Outlook at the time you receive such email (it arrive to outlook and proceed it)

If you have a email to the junk, feel free to pull the message header and post it here. (or look for SCL)

Also look at your exchange2010 whether some one have switch on any new filtering system.s

sorry for delay, i found the header is empty also we didn't make any change in spam filter. i just want to check again if i send mail from my copier machine (xxx@mydomain.com) to (zz@mydomain.com) it's internal mail in the same domain but it comes in junk

it can't go without header. it definitely send via email?

check tracking log

the other thing you can do is turn off Outlook default junk because that usually is the one who do something outside what exchange do
