BT Wayleave process and solicitors.

Clearly not a techie question here..

So, were trying (unsuccessfully) to get a 100mb link installed in our new office.  The wayleave documents were sent by BT to the landlords management company end of June.  We are still no further to agreeing the terms of the wayleave.
Issue here is that the solicitor acting on behalf of the landlord requesting the changes to the BT wayleave has delayed this.

Is there any other options to get this sped up?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We come up against this problem all the time. I don't think you'll get much success getting BT to alter the terms of the wayleave, We have installs waiting on wayleaves 6 months + and still no further forward. You, like us have to suffer BT and their monopoly on the Telco market
