If you have backup of SQL databases then ensure all SharePoint server services are stopped, SQL databases restored and finally starting all SQL server services.  If all your SQL server databases were on E: (i.e. Master, Model, MSDB, etc.) then you would need to copy Master, Model and MSDB from Template directory on the SQL installation media to the Data folder where SQL was installed.  Once SQL server is up then restore all your SharePoint databases and finally restart SharePoint server services.
