Changing cells location hyperlink dialog box

Folks,
I am trying using hyperlink to move from location to location. In the dialog box below, if I change the location of one item all items receive the same relocation. If for example, I wanted to open Interface at A3 and Menu at A1 it is not working. I was under the impression I could assign specific cell locations. I am using Excel 2013. Also, what is the purpose of "Defined Names" in the Hyperlink Dialog box? I've attached my file.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
