Missing icons

Folks,
In Office 2013 I have two icons from the top right missing: Help and Ribbon Display as I've shown below. What setting is wrong?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

These are Marlett fonts and would appear to be missing.

See if you can replace them from this Microsoft web site.

Try running System File Checker and then restarting.

Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator and run SFC /SCANNOW twice. Allow to complete, close out, restart and test.

If that does not work,, make a new, test Windows User Profile (User Account). Log into the new account and test in the new account.

Try a complete uninstall of Office, restart and reinstall Office.. For Office 2010 you need to also add service packs and update.
